Marco Scalera is a founding partner.
Marco’s practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial matters, having gained substantial experience in internal compliance matters and white collar crime investigations. He also has experience in commercial contracts, both in terms of providing advice in the negotiation phase and in the litigation phase.
Marco has gained wide experience in advising Italian and international companies in relation to compliance matters, and he has also advised on matters relating to internal investigations, including in respect of organisational, management and control models adopted pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He regularly assists Italian listed companies on issues of corporate governance, corporate law and finance law.
Marco also has extensive experience in commercial contract law (for example, in the drawing-up of commercial contracts, sale and purchase agreements, distribution agreements and rental agreements), as well as experience in company, commercial and civil law.
Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Marco worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until 2015 and at Traverso & Associati and Giuffrè Scorcelli Rosa & Partners until 2007.
Marco is one of the founding partners of AODV231, the association made up of supervisory authorities pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
