Mario Micciché is a founding partner.
Mario’s practice focuses on national and international litigation in the realm of civil, commercial, company, banking, financial and insolvency law, in addition to providing general advice in such matters.
In the context of commercial litigation, Mario has gained extensive experience in complex cases which include matters of directors’ and statutory auditors’ liability for both listed and non-listed companies; challenges to shareholder and board resolutions; and share transfers and issues of shareholder compliance with shareholders’ agreements.
Mario has also gained experience in cases relating to investment companies and financial intermediaries (including proceedings against regulatory authorities); transnational commercial law instruments (including demand guarantees and documentary credits); insolvency proceedings (including challenges to the statement of liabilities and claw-back actions). Mario’s litigation experience also extends to insurance disputes, construction disputes and other commercial matters, as well as inheritance matters.
Mario has also gained significant experience in national and international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and on an ad hoc basis.
Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Mario worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until December 2015, Lombardi Molinari e Associati until 2013 and the law firm of Professor Roberto Sacchi until 2010.
