Marco deals with civil and commercial law – providing assistance both in the context of extraordinary transactions and in the ordinary business activity – and litigation.

He regularly assists clients on corporate law and financial markets, as well as corporate governance and relations between shareholders.

Marco has significant experience in the field of commercial contracts (procurement, sale, distribution, lease), in corporate, commercial, civil and insurance litigation, as well as in compliance matters, in relation to investigations of corporate offenses and the strengthening of the internal control system, also with reference to the organization, management and control models adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree. 231/2001.

Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Marco worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until 2015 and Traverso & Associati, then Giuffrè Scorcelli Rosa & Partners, until 2007.

Marco is one of the founding members of AODV231, the association of the members of the supervisory bodies established pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
