Financial markets

We assist investors in listed companies with respect to regulatory compliance and the exercise of shareholders’ rights. We support investment funds, including in the context of takeover bids and the presentation of lists for the appointment of corporate bodies.

Corporate law and compliance

We advise on every aspect of corporate law. We assist listed and non-listed companies on corporate governance matters, including in connection with reorganization transactions, changes to the shareholders’ structures and succession planning.

Private clients – HNWI

We work with private clients and family offices in the management and protection of assets and the definition of the most appropriate structures, also with a view to managing and reducing risks.

Banking – Restructuring

We provide assistance in the field of banking law, in the negotiation of guarantees, loans and credit lines (to support ordinary business activities or in the context of extraordinary transactions), as well as in the issuance of bonds.

Litigation

We assist Italian and foreign clients in complex disputes, providing advice in the pre-litigation stage and over the course of judicial proceedings.

Arbitration

We regularly assist Italian and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings, both in Italy and abroad, ad hoc and administered according to the rules of the main arbitration institutions.

Crisis management

We provide assistance in the management of corporate crises, including critical situations relating to accidents, investigations, criminal or administrative proceedings, data breaches and relationship management between managers or other shareholders.
