Giacomo joined the firm in 2026. He advises Italian and international clients on commercial and corporate law matters.

He has gained substantial experience in M&A and extraordinary corporate transactions, and in drafting commercial agreements, licensing agreements, business unit leases, and business agreements in general in the apparel, manufacturing, energy, environmental, and biomedical sectors.

He also provides assistance in managing commercial, corporate, and labor disputes in the pre-litigation phase and before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as in enforcement and corporate insolvency proceedings.

He often works on cross-border matters and in coordination with foreign law firms.
