Since joining the firm in 2021, Beatrice has advised Italian and international clients on civil, commercial and corporate law matters.

Her practice focuses on commercial contracts, corporate governance and corporate compliance matters under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

She has experience across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, real estate, procurement, fashion, consumer goods and sports.

She regularly advises companies, investment funds, entrepreneurs and private individuals on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, mergers and corporate reorganisations.

She has also gained experience in civil and commercial litigation.
