Francesco mainly deals with commercial, corporate and financial markets law and provides assistance both in the context of extraordinary transactions and in the context of ordinary business activities.

Francesco has gained substantial experience in assisting companies and private equity funds in complex acquisition and disposal transactions, takeover bids, joint ventures, mergers and reorganizations relating to Italian and foreign companies (listed and non-listed) operating in a number of sectors (energy, IT, telecommunications, consumer goods, fashion, nautical, etc.). In addition, he has an expertise in dealing with relationships between directors/top managers, on the one hand, and companies/funds on the other hand, as well as in commercial and corporate litigation.

He also assists entrepreneurs, business families and family offices in investment activities as well as estate and asset planning. Francesco is a member of AIFO (Italian Family Office Association).

Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada, Francesco worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until 2015 and Galbiati, Sacchi e Associati until 2007.
