Giorgia joined the firm in 2019. She advises Italian and international clients on civil, commercial and corporate law matters.

She has gained experience in complex disputes, including cross-border litigation, across a range of industries, such as construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, media, sports and fashion. She also acts in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Her corporate and commercial experience includes acquisitions and divestments, public tender offers, joint ventures, mergers and corporate reorganizations.

She also regularly advises companies, investment funds and entrepreneurs on commercial agreements across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, real estate, infrastructure and services.
