Mario focuses on litigation, mainly in the following areas: civil, commercial, bankruptcy, corporate and insurance.

Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in complex disputes, assisting Italian and foreign clients operating in various sectors (including procurement and infrastructure, telecommunications, media, sports and fashion).

Mario is also active in the field of arbitration, both national and international, ad hoc and administered under the rules of the main arbitration institutions. He has also served as arbitrator and has experience in enforcement proceedings and appeals against arbitration awards before national courts.

Before founding De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Mario worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton until 2015, Lombardi Molinari e Associati until 2013 and the firm of prof. Roberto Sacchi until 2010.
