Sofia Rodriguez-Moreno is Of Counsel of the firm.

Sofia’s practice is primarily focused on intellectual property law (trademarks and copyright) and cross-border operations. She advises clients on international contracts as well as on international family law matters, immigration law and citizenship.

She is part of the Latin American practice of the firm and assists Latin American and Spanish clients with interests in Italy as well as Latin American diplomatic missions in Italy. She provides advice and assistance in the field of recognition of Italian citizenship by descent (iure sanguinis).

Before joining De Lorenzi Micciché Scalera Spada – Avvocati Associati, Sofia worked for the law firm of Professor Luigi Carlo Ubertazzi in Italy and for prominent law firms in Colombia.
